A fact is wrong
The most useful message you can send. Tell us the page and what is wrong with it. Prices, opening hours and transit rules go stale faster than anything else on the site, and a reader who has just been there knows before we do.

Every photograph on the site is licensed from Unsplash or Pexels and credited where we can identify the photographer. If you took one of them and the credit is wrong, missing, or you want the picture taken down, say which page it is on and it will be dealt with rather than argued about.

Restaurants and hotels close. If we are still recommending one that is gone, that is the kind of mistake that costs somebody an evening.

We hold no flight, price or availability data, and we are not a travel agency: we cannot book anything, quote a fare, check whether a room is free, or tell you whether you need a visa. Anything on the site that might look like one of those is a rule of our own, stated as such — the destination pages explain which parts are measured and which are an editor’s judgement.
